I'd like to buy a hamburger

This is a short explanation (in Spanish) with examples and with a small exercise.

You can also visit this page, it will help you understand the difference between WOULD LIKE TO + INFINITIVE  and LIKE + ING. Finally, you can also do some exercises here and here.

For some fun, watch this video from the film "The Pink Panther", where inspector Cousteau tries to learn how to pronounce properly so that he can avoid suspicion in the USA... he tries to say... "I would like to buy a hamburger". Really funny!

You're GOING TO learn something about the future

Hello and welcome!
Today we are going to revise the future with "be going to"+ Infinitive. Remember, we use it to...

1. - express intentions and talk about things we have decided to do in the future:
What are you going to do tomorrow?
I'm not going to watch TV, I'm going to do some sport

2. - predict the future, using information that we know now (present evidence):
I've eaten too much, I'm going to be ill

To see the grammatical explanation and do some exercises to practise, please go here or to englishgrammarsecrets.

This is a listening from Randall's esl-lab page, to start practising.
